CHALLENGE & SOLUTION

Challenge: The project required multiple fencing and balustrade systems that balanced privacy, safety, durability, and visual appeal across the property. Pool and elevated areas also required compliant safety solutions without compromising the open design of the home.

Solution: The installation included a range of tailored solutions across the property, including 1800mm timber fencing for privacy and boundary definition, retaining walls for structural support and landscape management, and black plastic-coated chainwire fencing for durable perimeter security. Internally and externally, glass balustrades were installed throughout the balcony and interior spaces to maximise visibility and enhance the home’s modern architectural finish. Glass pool fencing was also installed to provide a compliant safety solution while maintaining unobstructed views across the outdoor entertaining areas.
