OVERVIEW
Located in Manunda, the Stan Williams Park Upgrade Stages One and Two forms part of the broader $12 million redevelopment of the precinct. Delivered for Keir Constructions Pty Ltd, the fencing package involved a large-scale supply and installation program designed to enhance security, functionality, and the overall presentation of the upgraded community facility. The fencing scope, valued at approximately $340,000, is due for completion in July 2026

CHALLENGE & SOLUTION
Challenge: The project required a combination of architectural screening, perimeter security, and automated access systems across a high-profile public recreation space. The installations needed to provide durability and safety while complementing the modern redevelopment design and supporting high pedestrian and vehicle traffic throughout the precinct.
Solution: Works included the fabrication and installation of aluminium louvre panel walls, perforated mesh walls, aluminium screening, and 2100mm aluminium press point perimeter fencing. The project also incorporated automated gates, automated sliding press point gates, and approximately 900 metres of PVC-coated chainwire fencing with top and bottom rails to provide secure and durable boundary solutions across the site.
OUTCOME
The project delivered a modern and robust fencing solution that supports both the operational and aesthetic goals of the Stan Williams Park redevelopment. The combination of architectural finishes and secure access systems contributed to a cohesive outcome designed for long-term public use and durability within the upgraded community precinct
