CHALLENGE & SOLUTION
Challenge: The project demanded a careful balance between robust, durable infrastructure and minimal disruption to local wildlife and their habitats, requiring thoughtful material selection and sensitive design integration.
Solution: Fauna fencing was installed alongside a concrete mow strip to prevent vegetation encroachment, reduce maintenance, and maintain an unobtrusive barrier supportive of wildlife protection. AS1657-compliant tubular handrails were installed across walkways and accessways, with council lock rail sets providing secure, easy-to-operate gate solutions throughout the site
OUTCOME
The project delivered a functional, environmentally sensitive fencing solution; protecting wildlife, simplifying site maintenance, and meeting both ecological and operational requirements for the community long-term
